In this role, you'll serve as the central hub of communication and collaboration between Inverta and client team members, driving the overall health, growth, and long-term success of client accounts across the customer journey lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and deliver client projects on time and profitably while ensuring exceptional value from the client's perspective
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with marketing executives and team members, working to become a trusted advisor
  • Monitor account health, growth opportunities, and profitability across a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Develop and maintain account plans in collaboration with sales team
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts
  • Drive client lifecycle journey activities and remediation plans for at-risk accounts
  • Collaborate with sales on forecasts, pricing discussions, and SOW development

Project & Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate internal delivery teams across Inverta's full spectrum of marketing services
  • Establish clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables for team members
  • Review and guide deliverables, offering brainstorming support as needed
  • Monitor project progress and maintain high standards for quality and profitability
  • Foster collaboration and drive team efficiencies

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, challenges, and objectives
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and potential risks, proposing innovative solutions
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to understand needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Present and collaborate effectively with senior marketing and sales leaders
  • Drive exceptional client experiences throughout each stage of the customer journey
  • Celebrate successes and develop client champions within their organizations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams including Services, Marketing Operations, Project Management, Sales, and Marketing
  • Maintain awareness of partner offerings and participate in partner collaboration
  • Identify and share client case studies and testimonials with the marketing team
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems SFDC, etc.)

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 15-20 years of experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
  • 10 years in a leadership role, preferably leading high-performing marketing teams in a B2B environment
  • Consulting experience preferred or strong track record in one of our service areas
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive client relationships

  • Strong executive presence and ability to present to senior marketing and sales leaders
  • Excellence in both strategic planning and tactical execution
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and marketing technology
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project and team management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously \Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
